Who is responsible?

What information is collected?
The enquiry forms collect your name, email address, contact preference and, when provided, your contact number, availability, message, business name and service choice. A contact number is needed if you ask us to call you directly; it is optional if you prefer to arrange a call by email. Further correspondence may include information about your project. Please do not send passwords, payment card details or sensitive personal information through the form.
Cloudflare processes technical information, including IP addresses, browser information and request details, to deliver and protect this website. The form uses a hidden spam-detection field and rate limiting to reduce automated abuse. Enquiries are delivered to Nathan’s Gmail inbox; this website does not maintain a separate customer enquiry database.
Why is it used?
Information is used to answer your questions, prepare a quote and take steps at your request before entering a contract, or to perform an agreed contract. Where you contact us on behalf of an organisation, our legitimate interests are responding to business enquiries and managing business relationships. Technical processing supports our legitimate interests in providing a reliable website and preventing misuse. Information may also be retained to meet applicable legal obligations.
Providing your details is voluntary. We need a name, email address and message to respond through the enquiry form. There is no automated decision-making or profiling, and enquiries are not added to a marketing list.
Who receives it?
Nathan accesses enquiries to handle your request. Cloudflare provides hosting, security, form delivery and email routing. Google provides the receiving email service. These providers process information as needed to operate their services. We do not sell your information. Other disclosures would only be made where needed to fulfil an agreed service, comply with law or protect legal rights.
International processing
Cloudflare and Google operate internationally, so information may be processed outside the UK. Their applicable privacy terms and data-transfer arrangements govern that processing. You can ask us for further information about the providers and safeguards relevant to your enquiry.
How long is it kept?
Unsuccessful or general enquiries are reviewed and deleted within 12 months of the last meaningful contact, unless there is a specific reason to retain them, such as an ongoing discussion or dispute. If you become a customer, necessary project, contract and financial records are retained for the relationship and for applicable accounting or legal requirements. We will explain any additional project-specific processing when agreeing the service.
Your rights
Depending on the circumstances, you can ask to access, correct, erase or restrict use of your information; object to processing based on legitimate interests; and receive certain information in a portable format. To make a request, email hello@super-sites.co.uk. We may need to confirm your identity.
If you are unhappy with how information is handled, please contact us first. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office.
Cookies and similar technology
This website does not use advertising cookies, analytics tags or embedded social media tracking. It does not set its own cookies or save form details in browser storage. The Westfield Rush racing example saves your best laps and game settings on your device; these are not sent to us. Cloudflare may use essential security technologies when needed to protect the service. Fonts and design assets are served with the website. The example websites use fictional details. Their forms, bookings, payment previews and member features do not send or store your input. Temporary demo selections reset when you leave the page. External landmark references and YouTube search links open only when selected.
